If the did they would have less problems with artwork issues. The also need to place corner marks and center marks to remove any question of image placement. These problems arise in all printing shops. If I had a degree other than life I still won't teach graphics because those who can't teach and those that can do...more money if you can do... When my friend called and said it was messed up they were rude and didn't help at all. They said there was nothing they could do. Bad customer service.
